How does the trailer dump? How much of an angle?

There are 2 bolts that hold the box to the tongue, these are removed, pull the hand brake levers and last put the tow vechicle in reverse. Which causes the trailer to hinge at the tongue, raising the bed in about a 45 degree angle.
I am told there is a you-tube video of this.

FYI - these trailers are not designed to dump (I owned an M101A3). Pivot angle is wrong, and it'll stress the brackets. It was designed for transport only.

Nice trailer, BTW.

Although the you tube video shows that it does dump. It was not designed to dump. It was designed to be able to remove the tongue during shipping.
The M101A2 is composed of an M101A2 cargo box mounted on the M116A2 Chassis, Trailer, 3/4 Ton 2 Wheel and the M101A3 is similarly built upon the M116A3 chassis.

M-101 Trailer, Cargo, 3/4 ton Specifications
Length, overall 147 inches
Length, cargo box 100 inches
Width, overall 73.5 inches
Height, overall, empty, with cover 83 inches
Height, cargo box 19.64 inches
Ground clearance 14 inches
Fording depth 30 inches
Weight, empty 1,340 lbs
Payload, cross country 1,500 lbs
Payload, highway 2,250 lbs
