I have lots of experience with #3. I'm currently filling out paper work with HR for tuition reimbursement to go back to school for my bsme. No I'm not going to send my résumé. I will though once I complete the program :).

looking for 0-5 yrs experience (they'll take more but pay rate is going to be in the 0-5 yr slot), probably wouldn't fit your pay criteria.....but, if you know anyone $500 referral ......

Actually I do. I'll ask and see if they are interested.

I've capped myself in my current position. I've come to the conclusion that to go beyond a supervisor I have to go back to school. Luckily a lot of my previous degree credits will transfer. Just not looking forward to taking calc again.

Number 3 sounds cool but I am not qualified. I will be rallycross racing in the Detroit area soon so I will put the word out to the engineering types at the event.
