2002 DODGE RAM HEAT problem

2002 RAM 1500 4.7

Has heat on passenger side upper vents ,through floor vent, defost.
Driver side vents blow cool air, suspect possible bad driver door blend actuator.

Is it possible to replace actuator without tearing apart dash to get to it ?

Anyone have ever have this problem come up ? Dievr door actuator looks to be in the middle/center area of the heat box, from schematics I have found on line.

Thanks in advance
