Default - SOLD, GONE - 1995 Ford Taurus SHO, great DD, VERY little rust and a quick car!

This vehicle has been sold, thanks...

Here is a great D.D. for anyone looking for creature comforts without sacrificing power and speed. Gets 21 mpg on the highway, while still setting you in the seat when you want. These motors are built by Yamaha, and are known for living past 250K miles. They are excellently engineered, and I fully believe that. The only problem with this car was the transmission, which is expected after 158K miles. Now that that is fixed, I have full confidence in this car.

225hp 3.2L DOHC V-6 engine 160,000mi
Rebuilt automatic transmission with 10 mos. 10K mi. on warranty (warrented by local shop in Petoskey and not sure if it transfers to new owner, can check though...)
Runs great, uses no fluids
Fresh alignment
Newer tires all the way around (about 80-90%?)
Factory dual exhaust with stainless steel tips
New rear calipers
New rear brake hoses
New front swaybar links
Dual power seats
Leather interior
Power sunroof
Power windows
Power locks
Tilt steering
Cruise control
Factory JBL premium audio with factory subwoofer and 2 amps in the trunk
Very little rust

Ventshades
Headlight covers
LeBra nose bra
Xenon White Headlights
2.5% tint in rear side windows

Only problems i can think of:
Sunroof switch is broken, so i use a small pair of needle nose pliers to operate switch.
Small exhaust leak where y-pipe meets resonator flange
I straight piped the exhaust because the old mufflers were blown out and I liked the sound better anyway. I like the sound, but some people might not. it still has both cats and the resonator, just no mufflers.

Blue Books at: $2,620
Asking $2,250 obo or possible full or partial trade for a 4X4? can't hurt to ask...

I had a guy call me the other day asking me "why are you selling it for so cheap?" Well my response to that question is that I am in college, and need some money. I can be flexible. Located in Petoskey, but I'm going to Ferris now, so I can help with delivery somewhere around Petoskey, Big Rapids, or anywhere in between since I make the trip pretty much every weekend.

Sup Brent! I saw ya driving the jeep past the bottom of division hill just last saturday about 5:30ish. i was riding with a guy from work, so you wouldn't have recognized his xploder he drives. I was gonna give ya call, but figured its hard to talk while drivin that thing, and the g/f has been hoggin all my time when i'm back in town, so i didn't have any down time anyway. i'll try to get in touch with ya next weekend, if i come up, cuz i don't have to work.

Ya, i kinda stopped surfing the GL4x4 site after i sold my ranger(stupid decision) because i dont have anythig to wheel anymore, and it just makes my wheeling cravings worse. Didn't really think anybody noticed me on here in the first place, so figured nobody wound'a noticed me gone.

Anyway, glad to be back, and i'm hoping if i can sell this car, that i'll pick up another ranger, i've got one scoped out, just need the money now... anything 4x4 is appealing right now! i miss the mud!
