Then explain in your mind what it is...

I know what crow hop and its caused from u joints binding when steering on high traction surfaces and is more likely to happen during high torque situations. And any 4x4 will do it in 4wd on pavement. Or any ware it gets traction.. But you already know this. Because you know everything

I would disagree with that 100%. On a tj with no lockouts why don't you get that effect when you are in 2wd? The front axle is always spinning therefor the u joints should always bind if you are correct. Same as a dodge with a vaccuum disconnect, right? The advantage to a rcv shaft in an axle with stock knuckles is the joint does not get weaker when you turn. A u joint is strong when it is straight but gets weaker the further you turn.

FWIW, I'm not sure a D60 and 35" tires are a good fit.

Since when does anyone decide 35" tires are good enough? Its like being able to get another 2" added to your dick. You know you're going to do it. :D

Don't be so defensive, you're just wrong. The binding that is happening is not the u joints, it's the rest of the driveline trying to keep all the tires rotating at the exact same time, and that's impossible when turning. Also, if what you're saying is true then newer trucks with front cv's wouldn't do it, and they do. If you jack up the front of ANY four wheel drive and turn the wheels, the u joints will not bind.

When you designed your rig around a certain tire size and when you want to have fun wheeling in Michigan. Besides I dont need an extra 2 inches

Advantage Driveline.
5177688940 ask for Jeff - owner

I was just in there 2 weeks ago and he knows I've been looking for a pair. He said he had just done a jeep with a set and they were in the ball park of 800 total. I assumed he meant high 800s but either way I was not ready to buy so I did not dig deeper.
Give him a call and tell him you talked to Bennetti and see what he seys.
