Default *Sold* FS/FT 00 XJ Sport $2k

Selling a Black 2000 Jeep Cherokee 4 Door with about 185k miles. Underside of the Jeep is in great condition. Exterior is in pretty decent shape but not perfect. Has newer tires, new front u-joints, newer brakes, new ignition coil pack, new spark plugs, new muffler, new injectors, new crank sensor, after market Pioneer stereo, White LED interior lights, and a fresh oil change. The Jeep only has two issues, the check engine light is on and occasionally doesnt run the greatest and there is a crack in the front windshield. Fix those issues and you have a really nice Jeep Cherokee. I bought this jeep for $2500.00 under the impression it was an O2 sensor problem which turned out to not have any history of O2 codes and they were tested and inspected and I have since spent $1000 in shop fees for them to tell me it has a missfire on #2 injector. I will be completly honest with the description as possible. The side trim moldings have been removed. This Jeep is still very driveable as I drive it to and from work everyday and the check engine light is more annoying that anything. Selling for BEST OFFER with all of the new parts and open to trades. Located in Vicksburg, 49097.

Possible Trades: Lifted Cherokee, Lifted Golf Cart, Garden tractor w/ attachments, cars, trucks, wranglers, cj's, tractors, boats, trailers, etc.

This is a very decent Jeep and that option is still up in the air. It's loose my ass on it or the cost for a new motor. Only good thing is that its driveable.

I am fully aware of the rules of the forum, and lucky for me I stated my starting price. Obviously I would like to recover as much of my initial investment of $2500 as possible, so with that I will pass on the Ranger as it has alittle more body damage than I want to deal with at this time. Thanks

That is a sweet Rover! I could possibly add some cash but might not be enough to equal your asking pricing.

Thanks! Bummer ... I would really like to get an XJ and would need the cash to drop in a new engine into yours since it would be the wife's DD.

Yup I understand. Like I said I have been driving it everyday and its a decent Jeep. I could put a used motor in fairly cheap I just don't want to mess with it. I would be willing to go Jeep+Cash for the right vehicle.

I've got a 1985 Case 446 with a rebuild Onan 18HP, 48" mower deck and 38" snowblower. Tractor is a TANK with car sized rear tires and full hydro drive.

lol Just going to write you, wife is undecided on the Land Rover. I think she is wanting a Jeep Liberty so trying to figure out what I want to do with this Cherokee. Any pictures of the Case and what do you value it at?

A good running 446 with mower and blower will bring $2500 to $3500 depending on condition. I'd put mine in the middle of the road. Rebuilt engine alone was $1200.

I'll have to take pics for you when it is light out.

A Liberty? Really? I might not even want to trade the Land Rover then in that case!

And in the snow (and offroad) it is as simple as point and shoot with the AWD and Traction Control System ...
