I had a 77 Z28 in high school that i loved. I lived at Ubly and Lapeer with that car. Low 13's was kicking ass back in 1992!
I've had 3 others in that era that never seemed to live up to the high school ride.

Come back to Mi and help your old man. I know your freezing your balls off in Wy. I also had a 1980 camaro back in high school(10th). Sold it my jr year and bought a 1992 mustang lx 5.0 (was much faster) not bad for a hs kid working to pay for his own car. ( this was 1993) keep the pics coming Steven.

I will after I work the winter out here. He is going to Florida soon anyway. If I work the next 8 months out here I don't have to work at all next summer.

Good deal. Car is looking good! Your old man reminds me of mine. My old man does a frame off rotisserie full restoration a year. This year he's been doing two. A 1967 Plymouth barracuda and 1955 Chevy 2 dr hdt sport coupe belair. The 55 he's got a camaro 427 in from a 2011 this car should be sweet when done.

I didn't realize GM offered a 427 in the 2011 Camaro. Or is the 7.0L out of a Vette?

The black that we got is uber dark and shiny. It will show ever last fukc up. He will more than likely sublet the paint and just do body work and prime it himself.

Really hoping you guys figure out a deal with the 6.0l. It is a decent driver now but with the 6.0/4l80e it will be a monster.

Once I get a axle and regear it I plan on setting it up with a good traction setup. I really wanted to do a manual trans but was talked out of it.
