I have not been pregnant because I waited until I was ready to have a kid, which meant I didn't get pregnant in my previous marriage since it was going poorly, and I didn't get pregnant with Mike while he was back in school. Some people would call that responsibilty, but I am sure you have some other effed up thinking for that too.

She had just pushed the kid out so her hormones would not have changed enough to cause post partium depression. I have had several friends who have had it and it usually hits days after you give birth after the hormones leave your system. None of my friends killed their babies.

She had a baby, she didn't want to have a baby, and she thought if she killed it and stuffed it in a shoebox she wouldn't get in trouble. I do agree her parents should be held on supporting charges also. By time you are 14 you should have already learned that killing, stealing, and several other crimes are illegal. If you haven't learned that by 14 you are probably a sociopath.

Were you still having sex? According to your husband if you don't want a baby you need to keep your legs shut.

just the thought of her being ABLE to strangle her newborn creeps me out. The article said that her grand mother in the house so my guess is there were no parents involved just elderly grandparents. who are probably not paying too much attention to here. This makes me sick. In the law(in Canada at least) abortion is permitted up to a certain amount of weeks. I cant even stomach that. Women should be able to decide whether to keep the baby or not much faster than that. The neccesity for abortion sucks!

Based on the level of maturity you flash around here maybe you should be in the market for a turtle too.

I woke up at 515 am and bottle fed a 4 months old child. I love this little Guy, if someone hurt him they would have to deal with one big mad well armed motherfucker. That being said if I found out my gf was pregnant we would have an abortion.

This discussion does not need to go any further.. It is sad that you have justified in your own mind that killing innocent humans is ok.

Seriously, it would end up with a deformed shell like betty's.. don't encourage him to do that.

Also when I didn't want to have a kid I used protection to prevent having one. If I had accidentally had one during that time strangling it to death in the bathroom wouldn't have been my go to choice.

Protection you were able to obtain. Did she have the same luxury? That protection doesn't work 100% of the time. What would you have done if you had become pregnant?

Why can you kill a baby that is still in the womb with no remorse but protect a 4 month old with your life? Because you can only see one of them?

Because a clump of cells isn't a human being. One of my ex girlfriends used to get pregnant and have miscarriages because of an IUD. We went to the doctor and found out this was happening. Were we killing those "babies"? Who said I wouldn't have remorse? Just because I make a calculated life choice doesn't mean I would be remorseless.

Where do you draw the line between a clump of cells and a human and/or baby? Does a clump of cells have a small human heart with a heartbeat? A small human head? A small human torso?

No. A clump of stem cells is just that. It has not yet formed the organs you just described. I was with my mom when she unplugged GPA. He had a heartbeat but was braindead. He was still a human and still alive.

and you know for a fact that fetises(sp) dont have thoughts and feelings, they have shown on ultrasound that some babies cover thier ears when something is too loud. newborns cry when they are scared or uncomfortable.
