It is sad on the snow front right now. After this weekend there MAY be some left in the woods, but I wouldn't count on it.

last year (roughly) sign up was 9 am, I believe people left stagered after that, got back (most) before 4pm, then there was the GLFWDA meeting aprox 6pm.

Sign up after the meeting for night run, about 8 the run left.

I might be a little off on the times as I never remember looking at a watch

As people showed up at the hotel and registered for the event the runs left throughout the day as they filled up on Friday. Last year Danimal and I were the first run out on Friday am and ran all day.... and into the early evening Each year more people are arriving on Thursday night so I figure there will be at least couple runs of varying difficulty heading out Friday am after registration.

That is eight hours worth of work. You can work on it for an hour a day and have it done with a week to spare. What's the issue?

After all the rain that is supposed to hit tomorrow, you may not need that front axle anyway. I may lead my trails with my wifes Fusion!

I was actually thinking the opposite.

Frozen ground, where the top couple inches are mud will lead to a bunch of body damage and people hitting trees.

I sure wish I could make snofari this year, and be a trail leader, the tight/twisty trail would be a blast!
