Woot... I'm just putting new axle joints and begs in the front of my rig... Hit a small roadblock, need a CR 23300 seal, and no one had one this weekend, and everyone was closed today... I'll get one Wednesday and get er back together. Still need to do the twinstick shifters, and get the cb hooked up.

I haven't taken any more photos, but I have mine pretty much done now. I'm working on paint which is a pain because I don't have a heated area to paint in so I spray in the garage then carry them inside to dry. You guessed it, the wife is thrilled about this. In any event, this paint is temporary as they will get powdercoated sometime this sumer. I am also working on cutting down the inserts which is a major pain in the ass. And then there is the 5th tire I'm still waiting on. I'm hoping I'll have the tires mounted on the Jeep by this coming Friday though, and then a prerun next Thursday or Friday is my hope...

I also sat down and starting making a list of stuff I have to finish yet. It was shockingly long.

Not no more. When the yota wouldn't start I call my mechanic and he came over and had it running in 20min. Somethings are better left to the peeps who know what they are doing

On a good note thou I played at rocks & valleys today and the new disk brakes worked very well and I didn't brake it

Just because you have an 8274 on the front bumper now doesn't mean you could make it that far into the trail to help me out

So.... I have been pretty busy with work and all and I was pretty sure the Jeep was ready to go...... I jumped in the Jeep to move it and then sat there for a second trying to figure out wtf just happened. I found myself on my back starring at my dome light and feet but still in my seat....wierd right? I hit my left knee hard into the door on my way down and the window fell down into the bottom of the door as it slamed closed with my flannel coat somehow stuck in the door.... That now wont open

I have no tires on the blazer and no starter in the blazer, its 200 miles away from me sitting on blocks in the pole barn up at the cottage, other than that its ready to go. I do have the replacement starter on my bench at my house, need to get the tires taken care of but everytime I try to get started on them I feel guilty not helping out the wife with the baby.
