This might be a dumb question since I do not know much about the mail system, but the post on this thread says no registration post marked PRIOR to Nov 1st, but the registration says no registrations RECEIVED before Nov 1st. If I mail the registration form on the 31st, wouldn't it be post marked on the 31st, which violates the rule on this post, but you wouldn't receive the registration until after Nov 1st which doesn't violate what is written on the registration form.

To be interpreted as: Mail it Nov 1st, not before.

Only 86 days until SnoFari!

CB radio?! Is this the early 80s? Do I really need this? We use the 2 way radios.

Can I go with only a 2way radio?

CB banter is fun! One of the many upgrades that I need Pre-SnoFari.

Can your 2 way radio enable you to talk to everyone on a particular CB channel?

The early 80's? CB radios are still VERY common when it comes to group 4 wheeling. 2 ways are definitely far superior but not everyone can or wants to spend the money on them. Many of the trail guides do run both radios, so you will be able to communicate with someone.

I hate 2 way radios bouncing around in the rig. And then you have to worry about batteries. I have a 2 way radio, CB and HAM in my jeep. The 2 way has not been used in years.

Does that mean the answer to my question is no?

If so, then yes, you must have a working CB radio. We have made it MANDITORY for SnoFari this year. If you would like to bring along your fancy radio so you can talk dirty to your friend in another vehicle, be my guest, but if your trail guide can't communicate with you and all those around you at the same time...it sucks.

Guides that carrier HAM radios do it so they can communicate with their gun and other guides running close to them.

WORKING CB RADIO REQUIRED

You must not off-road in large groups. Easiest way to communicate between each other. Every trail rig needs a CB

Question! This is my first attempt at SnoFari! Is it $55 a rig? Or $55 a person? Thanks
