discount tire sells a variety of 17" alloy wheels that are unpainted without center caps.

or did you mean wheels without the hub-mounting portion?

correct im looking for without the hub mounting part welded on, and i just wanted them unpainted as I will be welding beadlocks on and i figured getting them un painted would just be one less step to deal with.

You can get unpainted steel wheels I think from US wheel through summit racing, in custom backspacings, but I think they all have the centers welded.
