Roll cage and harnesses

So after completing more of my cage and cross bar for my harnesses I came to the realization that they might be super dangerous. My thought is worst case scenario I tumble down a hill and the cage bends backwards tightening my harness crushing my chest. Plausible? Maybe not. I built it to help in flops and bumping trees as I'm passing by, but didn't really think about a bad case of rolling down a hill or something.

What might I be able to do prevent something like the scenario I thought of from happening? I've thought about triangulating the rear to stop the cage from buckling. I'm also going to build front fenders and tie them into the cage and a front bumper/small stinger. Right now the cage is only tied into the frame through the rock sliders. I'm going to tie in the back where it attaches to the body to the frame and the rear bumper. The harnesses are attached to the crossbar that goes through the rear window openings, thinking about triangulating the window area essentially.

I'll browse around over there. I might just make a new harness bar thats attached to the body only and leave my cage super basic like it is. I don't do anything crazy with this silly postal rig anyways, which is why I didn't spend $500 on cage tubing to make it a jungle gym.

Thanks! I really really like it with the big tires too. I hope my 8.8 and scout 2 d44 can handle them. But on the extra pics there really isn't any inside of the cage, its all exo with the exception of the one crossbar I welded in for my harnesses. On the back where it looks like the tubing goes into the body it doesn't, there is a plate I welded there that the two tubes bend into and are welded to. The more I think about it I think the only way to make the harness placement safe is to add a bar that is mounted to the body inside, like on the fender wells, and use that for the harnesses.
