Default Hemi TJ Project

Couple of things in the household have changed and my free time to build my hemi RIG has pretty much dried up and his now non-existant. Rather than wait around a few years for free time to appear to complete this build, i decided to acquire a rig ready to go, so that i can get back on the trails and now the garage is getting a bit full.

What I have is basically a 1998 TJ with a 2007 Dodge Ram HEMI driveline. I'll try and provide as much specifics as possible. It is NOT a completed project and there is work still to be done. My intent was to take this as a baseline, move to TONS, ATLAS, 42's, full hydro, stretch, etc.....

NOTE: This is in Ontario, Canada..... I do not know what the import laws are in the US so please don't ask. If it is anything like they are in Canada (Which i do know to a certain degree), if you declared this as parts, it's a matter of floating it across, nothing more. But like i said, i do not know what the laws are for the US. You'd need to do your own research.

1998 TJ, stock 30/35 with 4.10's. Axle conditions unknown. Body has the usual cancer rear lower ps back, DS floor, spot under the DS door
4.5" Procomp lift
Currie HD correct-lync steering
Brand new Durango Snowplow pkg AGR Steering box
Soft Top
Hard Doors
Aftermarket rear bumper
2005 Fuel tank / pump installed (Needed to work with the hemi)
2005 NVLD (Not yet installed, needed for HEMI ODBII)
2005 Guage cluster (Partially installed, needed for HEMI ODBII)
2007 5.7 HEMI / 545RFE from a Dodge Ram pickup with 30K miles, imported from Southern US in around April 2008 (This alone was $4800.00)
Advance Adapters TJ HEMI swap motor mounts, burned in.
545rfe tramsmission ****er cable bracket (05 Grand Cherokee 5.7L)
Exhaust Manifold Left / Right (05 Grand Cherokee) for clearance
New Brake Switch 2004+
New Auto Shifter / linkage
Aluminum RAD and new hoses
Electric Fan installed on RAD
Computer and harness re-wired at JeepSpeed, instrument cluster, gas pedal bracket, partially installed ($2700)
Teraflex Belly up, HEMI TJ skid
Full HEMI exhaust included (Although the real bonus to this is the 4 O2 sensors at like $110 a pop!!. Could also re-use the CAT's).
Fair number of new hoses / lines to complete the project
Partial NP231, dissassembled
Slew of spare OE parts, pieces, brake lines etc.
Partial WARN winch M8000

Things still needed and known:

Fenders
Front bumper (Could provide a stocker if needed
Front seats (Included is a tan rear bench)
replace/shorten rear drive shaft
replace shorten xfer case input shaft (If you use the 231)
build custom exhaust (from manifold to tail pipe)
tranny cooling lines
power steering high pressure hose
fit emissions system (have complete unit)
Tires/Rollers... When i bought it, it did not come with tires.

I will let this go for $5000. You are basically getting the TJ and then some for free. Not willing to part out, sorry.. Oh, and i have no way of delivery either

Jeep comes without tires/wheels. It currently sits on a set that i borrowed from a fellow wheeler, which i think he's still trying to sell. I can probably get these included if needed.

I also have a rust Free TJ frame void of all brackets, except body and steering mounts. Dirty work is done for ya.... I was going to build this frame up and then transfer everything over from the HEMI TJ. I have never seen a frame this clean before!!!! If one is interested in just this, PM me.

For Pics of the jeep and Frame go here: https://picasaweb.google.com/1079400...391/ODTJ2HemiD

I MIGHT consider trades + cash for:

- Coilovers or ORI's
- Hy-line Fenders
- 36" IROCs or Pitbulls on Beadlocks
- ATLAS

Sorry, i want to keep it all together. If i can't sell it, i'll probably keep all the key parts of the hemi swap and throw it in my rubi....

Thanks
