it definitely has some of the common jaguar theme - the long trailing c pillar reminds me of 'em too

We've had one here for a while now. I think they did a good job with it.

Yeah, we've had them here for quite a while, we did some of the instrument clusters. I've always liked the Fusion, and this is a nice update.

Best looking midsize sedan by far. It looks more Aston Martinish to me more than anything. The 2013 Chevy Malibu already looks dated, and the Chrysler 200/Dodge Avenger are decent with their updates but still lipstick on a pig. The Japanese and Korean cars look either odd or boring as usual.

I think Ford is going to have a hit with this car.

I'm glad they kept the manual trans, but wished they would've also offered it with the ecoboost

You can get an EcoBoost engine in the Fusion?

EDIT- I checked, it is a 1.6L or 2.0L version, not the 3.5L as in the F150.

Front end looks kind of '95 Buick Riviera-y.

Your all welcome!! I am the design engineer/supplier of all the chrome grille components. I like it also, Ford has had us quote 3 annual volume increases for this car. The demand has boomed since the auto show when it was unveiled.
