Talking Sold - 1974 J-20 Drivetrain

Looks like its all there except for the motor.

- TH400. SOLD.
- QT transfer case.SOLD.
- D60, 3.73, open, 30-spline, passenger offset.SOLD.
- Front D44, discs, LP, passenger drop, 3.73, the good flat top knuckles (see pics below), drive flanges, 8-lug. Width is about 63". Has the "hard" style backing plate. Sold.


I haven't established any prices on other items yet. Please give specific parts requests and I will respond with pictures and prices.

what color is it? i sold one last year with a 401, ZZ code- 8000 pounds GVWR. The one i sold was like a barney purple

Its not "Barney Purple". Its blue.

okay...it wasnt really barney purple, i just had several people make that comment to me. it actually was kind of a blue color, with a plow setup on the front. tanish interior. if it was the same one, it is open/open, with a 30 spline FF offset Dana 60 in the rear, HD 44 front.

Its not made of gold or anything, but the extent to which I can part something like this out over time will usually double the number I paid for it - especially if its stored indoors where heat is available and I don't have to worry about rain or cold. There also isn't a title and the floors have holes if you were thinking about dropping a motor in it.

I'll PM you after I check the differentials for traction devices and determine the gear ratios. We may be able to make a deal. I do have 2 other J-series platforms in Parts For Sale. One is just a drivetrain and box with no motor. The other is complete, but rusty and older.
