Default need something to do sunday

I have out of state visitors and they want to do something sunday.
Previously we have gone to the air zoo and Selfridge museum henry ford.
They don't want to go to frankenmuth or walk around places like royal oak or Ann arbor.

What other manly museums are there?
Or cool military things happening?
Looking to stay in the south east area.

One person has a splint for a broken ankle and needs to sit after walking .

Detroit zoo
Renaissance festival - although I find this festival weird, a lot of people like it

This Sunday is either Taste of Clarkston, or maybe the street art fair.
I don't remember.

If you go though, please do not go to the Union. I don't need more out of towners clogging that place up.
Thanks.

I think the zoo is a little too much walking, but it's been 20+ years since a Renaissance Festival

It's not exactly manly but we often take guests to the Cranbrook Science Museum. I also like walking around the gardens and the dorm area (the architecture around the dorm area is pretty unique for the region).

I haven't been there in about 5 years but back then it was cool for about 20 minutes. I know there has been quite a bit of restoration going on since then though so there might be more stuff open there to see now.

Cranbrook is very cool. When our kids were young we used to buy family memberships. Every time we were there we learned something new.
