Default Alcohol help please! Part 2

Apple pie recipes.....

I'm finding several variations, but which concoction is the best.

Mainly it is the amount of sugar being added. I've got one friend saying 1 cup and another saying 6 cups!!
I just don't want to end up with syrup lol

Ah, time machine fuel. Have a couple cups, next thing you know it's morning.

I've never personally made it but I've had it quite a few times. Watched a college housemate make a batch one time, but don't know the ingredients enough to be of any help.

I use 1 gallon cider, 1 gallon apple juice, 2-3 cups sugar and a lot of cinnamon. It depends of how you like it. I cook mine down a little, I dont like syrup. some people make theirs almost syrup and cut it with fresh cider.

I use 2 gallons of apple juice, 4 cups of sugar, ten cinnamon sticks. Boil the juice, sugar, and cinnamon stick for ten minutes and add the fuel.

Also remember to remove from the stove before adding the octane. To much heat will evaporate the alcohol.

You want to get in touch with Indy, he makes it often and it is delicious. I would say he probably makes 6-8 batches per year.
