1975 CJ-5 (project) SOLD SOLD SOLD
I'll get right to the point....I'm buying another home, and need to downsize on some projects, and the CJ drew the short straw. No trades, unless your a LICENSED builder and want to swap labor on a pole-barn....THAT'S IT.
I can sell this a few different ways, so if you are interested give me a call, and we can work something out. I don't want to have to put this in storage when I move. You wont find a nicer early cj body. This is a California body that was chemically dipped to remove all the paint, seam sealer, and crud form the tub. It was then coated with an epoxy primer. All the sheet metal is in great shape. No aftermarket junk. All OEM sheet metal. I started to do a spring over with Wrangler springs. Has all new Ruff stuff brackets. (perches, plates, hangers, and u bolts) at this point everything is just tacked in place, and will need fully welded. Wheels and tires in the pics are gone, and it has a stock set of cj wheels for rollers. Read through the build thread and you can get a better idea of what was going on with this cj. So as it sits. This is a frame, tub, windshield frame and all sheet metal, SOA lift with wrangler springs and all new Daystar bushings, front and rear bumpers w/tire carrier, and dana 44/30 axles. $2300 You're not going to find a better start to a great jeep project for this money. All the other parts are available, but I wont sell any of them until the jeep is gone. I have a ton of extra stuff for this thing, including 35" MTR's on Rubicon wheels, Dana 30 w/high steer/8.8 axles, NP231 case, small block 350/TH350, Dana 300 case, MORE traction Bar, and steering parts, and tons more. All this could go with the jeep if buyer wanted to make a deal. Just call me. It is set up with Chevy V8 mounts, but no trans mount yet. I was going to switch it over to a TJ set up and run the NP231 case, so I never made the mount. Cheers, Keith. 734 55eight 8nine98 ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

As of right now this has a GM Crate 350/TH350 trans w/700R4-208 adpater mated to a Dana 300, and has an 18" rear drive shaft length. This set up could stay in the jeep for an extra $1200.
