Default Armada mud bog case

http://www.voicenews.com/articles/20...ewmode=default

Quote:
Paterek was told that people entering the property were paying an entry fee as they had at past events on the property and that the fine offered as a resolution was not commensurate with "profits" taken in.

It is a claim that Nicholas refuted not long after the event.

"We did not hold a mud bog event on August 11th. There was no admission charged. There were only our friends that came to our property, enjoyed a barbeque, and spent time with their families," he said.

sounds like pissed off neighbors and the township/gov not getting there cut of the cheese. Its sad that you can do pretty much anything you want if you pay off the right people.

He was having bogs before hand that he didn't have permission for or permits I know it sounds stupid cuz I see nothing wrong with some friends hanging out and throwing some mud. But the amount of underage drinking and amount of people there started getting peoples attention there are other bogs in the area that don't have as much people up their ass because they abide by codes such as rockys who recently this summer hosted trucks gone wild. The people in questions bogs got out of hand quick

Well, they had a court order shutting them down, and sounds like a week later that had another bog. Deputys say they observed money collection to enter the bog.

Even if it was a private club mud bog, it seems a bad idea to hold a bog just a week after having a court injunction levied against you to stop your mud bog.

My brain hurts now..
If the court said to stop and they didn't stop then I don't feel sorry for them.

If a person has a large parcel of land and wants to drive through it's mud, and let his friends drive through it's mud, and let his friend's friends drive through it's mud, it should be his right to do so.
