By Train do you mean people mover? I believe there is a holiday inn express at Washington and Michigan. Both Joe Louis and Greektown are in walking distance there.

my super duty no lift on 33's barely fits in most detroit parking garages.
if your trucks have any lift i bet they wont fit. a stock fullsize should.
dually would be real tight! be sure to back in if its a dually.
have fun at the joe. i go to fishbones resturant in greektown fairly often, its decent.

We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn that's between Comerica and Greektown for a ball game a few summers ago. Parking was in an open lot next door, a place that many use for games. $20 valet if I remember right. No worries about height.

it was alright.

Dude, greektown. They have a very nice hotel and I always park my super duty in their structure. The super duty is on 35's and is far from being too tall. It is probably walking distance from cobo as well. Oh and have a good time!

Don't try to park one of those trucks in the garages at Wayne State... my dad learned that the hard way.

Other than that, the Greektown Casino probably has the most conveniently located hotel for what you are looking for. I've also heard no complaints about the downtown Hilton Garden Inn or Holiday Inn Express.

xWhatever on the parking garage at Greektown. I believe it's a 12-13' clearance (though I may be misremembering). I know we had no problems with our 95 K1500s in there, one with a taller cap on it, and we had feet to spare.

Hilton garden inn is where i stayed when i went last time. only 1 block away from greektown and just 2 or 3 blocks from ford field or comerica. it was nice not having to drive my car all weekend or try pay for parking constantly.

Greektown, go now, and sign up for the players club, spend $50 at a table. I did this, got a flyer in the mail a month later for 1 night free stay.
