sand dunes - west MI trip

My wife and I (no kids) are traveling from Muskegon to traverse city today.
The question which are the best dune rides to go on?
What are the other can't miss places along the way?

for the price you'll pay for mac woods and the ride you get, its cheaper to buy an ORV, flag, and mount and go to the ORV area

We discussed this, however the ford fusion we drove for the trip did not look the most dune worthy.

Great building ,expensive drinks, food was not good.
Way more hype than it was worth IMO.
