It's a masterlock Class 3 hitch part number 2863at. The box is a little rough from sitting in the garage.

Being an owner that your hitch is supposed to fit, and have just installed a hitch, you've been misinformed. It will not fit any 99-04 GMC Pickup, Sierra All 1500 Series & 2500 LD, 2 & 4 WD trucks in its current configuration. GLWS.

There are more pieces to the hitch in the box, and i just listed the vehicles that are on the box that it lists as fitting.
