Default alignment question TJ

Ok so i have a 2000 tj with a 4 inch non adjustable lowers and stock uppers. I have a 8.8 in the rear that I bought from a member here who put on the mounts which are the stock d35 mounts. I also have the track bar relocation mount with a rear jks adjustable track bar.

So my issue is that i went to get it aligned yesterday they said my rear axle was misaligned to one side a little. I thought that was odd because when i installed the track bar i set the jeep on all fours and got the rear axle as centered as i could by eye balling the space of each tire sticking out the fenders. but i let them do their thing and they got it aligned within specs.

later on last night i looked at my rear tires and noticed that one tire is sticking out the fender flare about half an inch more then the other. so i checked the print out of the alignment numbers they gave me and it said my rear thrust angle was out. the specified range is -0.25 to 0.25 deg. before they touched it it was -0.33 now its -0.23 and they got it there by adjusting my track bar and shifting the axle to the pass. side by maybe a half inch.

My question is, if the axle is to the one side is it going to make my suspension in the rear bind a little while flexing or no? I understand because who ever cut off the d35 mounts and welded them on to my 8.8 most likely didnt get it perfect and thats why my thrust angle was off. Knowing that my tire sticks out to the pass side bothers me when i know i have an adjustable track bar.

any input is appreciated.
