Default Looking for Disc brake Ford 8.8 rear axle (FOUND)

Looking for a complete Ford 8.8 rear axle. Would prefer a 4.10 with limited slip. but let meknow what you have, a price, and a location. Would prefer one that is local.

3.73 ls. already has the spring perches flipped and shock tabs on it. disc brakes with calipers and brake hoses set up for a ranger, b2, or exploder. $200 and I can round up some extra fluid for it. its is in lake ann but I work in traverse city.

Want to try and find one of these in the Detroit Metro area. It will just cost to much in fuel to drive 2-3 hours. Thanks for the offers fellas, but I'm going to hold out for a 4.10 LS that is closer to home.

I'll keep you in mind. I got one from our parts distributor today. But I wasn't there when they dropped it off, and our porter signed for it without checking it out. WELL.....It has a bent housing Should have know $125 was to good to be true.

So bumpin this bitch back to the top.....

You could by my bare housing and swap the parts into it from your bent one.

Thats takes the simplicity out of this. I dont want to build another axle. It will end up costing more in bearings and seals than an axle I can just bolt in. Besides, its going back to the JUNKYARD where it belongs.

Check Central Ave. Auto Parts off of Dix and Central in Detroit. They have a lot of 8.8's and tons of good parts.
