Ok guys... I am not good at writing on these forums but I will talk you head off in person. So fill free to call me 517 240 5739. I will try to answer your question below has the best I can.

I am helping out with Saturday and heading up Sunday. On the entree fees they will be 100% pay back they park takes 0!!!!!! So I think everyone should pay the gate fee. I dont get paid by the park I just donate my time. The park has spent 3 paid guys for 4 weeks working on the course to make nothing just to give back to us!!!

With that said this is how it is going to work you will pay your gate fee just like normal and when you pay for the pit trash you will get a free drivers pass for Driver and spotter. Any one else with you will pay the $5 to get into the park.

For Saturday the open class we have not had anyone register yet. But in the past we have not had anyone pre-register and still had a great turn out.

So we do pay two entry fees. What if we just want to come and run the comp and not wheel the park. I get that it is 100% pay back on the entry fees of those competing what if I bring 5+ people with me to watch that money is not in the pot it goes to the park. The money is not a big deal to me personally but to say the park makes nothing when I'm sure they are and could probly make more by drawing in bigger crowds that is what I don't understand. Take care of those that want to compete and the money will come.

Yes there is a $5 fee for spectators. And if you think the park is making any money back $5 at a time your are crazy. Any race you go to charges a fee. I am done talking about the money. No one on here works for free and Mike and Debbie are no different. This is all about fun and we are going to have a great time I cant wait!!!!

People used mountain bike helmets last year so I would think that is enough. They aren't picky.
I used a dirt bike helmet and if you are the spotter it makes it a little hard to breath with the face mask. With that said I think I will try to find a open face helmet this year.

I'd like to clarify that I'm not out due to the money deal. The rest of my group wanted to go to R&V. That's why I'm out.

You have mis understood. Re read please:

With that said this is how it is going to work you will pay your gate fee just like normal and when you pay for the pit trash you will get a free drivers pass for Driver and spotter. Any one else with you will pay the $5 to get into the park.

So you get your gate fee back when you sign up to race!!!! I think its clear.

Yes the park will make money off spectators HOPEFULLY so they can cover cost at least. Comps are more about marketing and less about making money for all parks.

"For those who are participating in the shootout, You will not have to pay the park entrance fee if you are competing. Because of the confusion and delays last year we are doing registration at the course out back. If you do not preregister you will have to pay the entrance fee at the front office BUT will get reimbursed when you sign up to compete. I'm sorry for any misunderstanding there may be on this subject."

This is quoted from the bundy hill facebook page. Check it out!!!
