Default Gl4x4 trail ride, dirt bike eddition

I know one of these was set up for last season but I didn't pay much attention since my junk was in a pile.

Any body game for a weekend in September? I have nothing on the docket for next month and I would love to ride with a big group.

I was thinking the more middle of the state the better. More than likely I would be driving in that morning and going home that night.

How is the little "o" trail?

The traverse city loop looks cool and rather technical, but the big o loop looks really fast.

Let's pick a date. I vote for either the weekend of the 14th or 21st of September.

Logistically I think I'm liking the tc area.

Sept 14th works for me. I might even end up camping for a night now too.

The larger trails in the lake county area are little manistee 45ish miles outer loop with a trail that cuts it in half
there is also lincoln hills 22ish miles also has a junction trail with little manistee this is my trail of choice when i ride my quad
then there is tin cup i have not been there in 15 years or so because last time we went the whole trail with the exception of the area the size of a football field that was flooded was whoops about 3 foot deep
Not sure about little o but i do know that part of little o & big o are miccc trail which only allows vehicles with a max width of 48 inches to ride
Just my 2¢!!!!!

evart has the best technical stuff along with indian river. twin lake has a nice loop of single track.i live a few miles from the big o.the whole thing is pretty fast now.they actually groom it. st helen rose city area is fun. a bunch of different motocross tracks to ride if you know where there at. kalkaska travers area is ok. the tin cup and the lazerne trails are like highways. indian river is some of the best all around.tight technical loops and wide open areas.the township is all open so you can also ride into town. but a long drive for most.

a good central spot would be north of harrison. go to the old bridge.3 good loops and camping right there.
