I am thinking 3 first places probably helped. I would say the odds of anyone I know gong back there again and having to race against your truck and the three others like it are slim and non. I am thinking they need to do some class or rule changes before I will go back. O'ya and than there was that thing about how pay back changed.

I think $25 for 2 days worth of event. One money you can do a rock crawl, mud bog, play bog. burn-out contest, drag races and show and shine. $4 a event for 2 days seems pretty cheep. With a $100 pay back for first in a event as well. Rock crawl payed $40 for second this year too. Not much but better than nothing . Same for the entry $20 for 2 days and there was a family price too. This year moving things closer together made it easier to view the events better. Vendors had way more flow too. If it was supported more it could grow. Just my thoughts

I meant the $15 for viewing.

Just need to get more people there...somehow.

Fyi...bog didn't pay $100 to first. They paid back 3 places.

I've got pics of you in a buggy from that year. It was my first comp ever. It's not the same event as it was then.

Ya like it was not even close to $100. As of Thur night when I called for iformation it was still $100 for first. Had I known it was changeing I and at least one other guy that I know would not have even been there. Kind of felt like I was lied to about the pay back.

How much do you pay for a comp bog, or 4x4 event to view? I know some near me charge at least $10 min per person just for 1 event. You get to watch several events for $15 at the bad azz show and it's allot of money for what you get to see?

They were suppose too unless drivers agreed. That is what was discussed. But 3 place pay is all good too.

Ron you guys put on a good show. Haters gonna hate, people have no idea how much time is volunteered to make this show happen, you do the best with what you have. Their was a show in Hastings a while back, people complained about price of that to and now no more show, I hope that doesn't happen here. I will definitely be back next year.

I feel there are to many people out there that want something for nothing, and don't know how much work it is to but a show together and how many people that are involved. Just my2 cents.

We (drivers) were told that event people mandated different payback. If anything it was too cheap, in mud bog. More money in entry fees would have made for better pay out.

I am not a hater but when I call for info on pay back on Thur night and it changes by Sat. it definitely leaves me with bad feelings. I liked the place before this happened. There was another race the same day that was closer and paid better but I like a little change. I just do not like last minute changes with nop one being told it was happening. We could have easily left there and gone to the other racew if we were informed before pay back that eveything changed.

3 place pay is good if thats what was going to be but as of Thur night I was told it was $100 for first place. And just for the record it was more than that a few years back so the pay has actually gone down. Really $15 for third place. Why bother if they can not afford to at least pay back entery fees for third do not pay anything. To my knowledgfe there was never any discussion with the drivers. I would really like to know if the pay back was the same in all classes or different in some. I have a feeling it was not the same for all classes.

Are last agreement was $100 for 1st place in each class, not sure what happened with the mud guys, Ron and myself had nothing to do with that part. I would be upset also if told one thing on one day then the told another thing after the fact. I'm sorry that this happened. We as a group (volunteers) are trying to get more people and more pay out for all events that take place. Things are changing slowly and hopefully more to the good for next year.

I think that is what is trying to be said........complaining about the prices now, and hope for a change later to keep the show alive.

I went three yrs ago and competed....

It was very expensive...not only did I have to pay for entry into the expo for myself, my wife, my son to "spectate", and I had to pay to compete. If I recall it was almost $75. I haven't been back......
