Default Controls supplier needed

I'm looking for a metro Detroit area controls supplier. I need a company who is fluent with design and build of all aspects of controls including panels, cabinets, Op stations, Panel View, HMI's, install, startup, debug, motors, servo/prop valve control, the whole thing soup to nut.

I'm not really looking for an automotive supplier but rather a company that does one off's for special machines.

Anybody know anyone?

Been a while since I worked with them (over ten years) but they did this type of work, not sure what size projects they were/are taking on, but worth a call.

Most of the tooling we design all an operator has to do is load a part and hit a button. Many times there isn't even an operator. Our biggest issue is making it as hard for people to hurt themselves as reasonably possible.

You could call 248-368-8888 and ask for somebody in sales for our Adaptive Solutions Dept. They deal with smaller suppliers and many different industries.

One more, I held off until we finished the project.

http://www.toledotransducers.com

We just finished up a large project for "a major appliance manufacturer" and it included every one of the requirements you listed. They also follow up and are good to work with.

I waited until the install was finished because I wanted to see how well they supported us on site. Very pleased.
