Thanks for the heads up about the possible trail ride.

I bought a 77 cj7 at the beginning of the summer, problem is that it has no doors or top for cold weather running.

I bought it for hot summer weather trail riding and just plain running around in. Last weekend I started the upgrade process for the winter, this something else I have been dying to do......wrench on it ! I am currently adding power steering and then on to the brakes, ect.

But I will keep an eye out in the trail ride section come spring.

Well, my buddies and I all wheel XJ's so if we end up wheeling we can definently find a seat for you. Then you could still meet everyone and get a lay of the land, if you want.

Welcome. I'm close by in Allendale. Good to have another Westside CJ guy around.

BTW, I'm known in some circles as the
"Jeep Parts Pimp". I have owned 38 Jeeps over the past 3 years, and always have a lot of CJ parts available if you're looking for anything in particular. PM me if you want to stop by sometime, and I'll give you my contact info. I'm about 1 1/2 miles west of GVSU.

Hey Craig,

You have actually been to my house before. You came to look at the doors I had from my last CJ 7. Then you picked the hard top up for, I think, Cooter.
This was 2 winters ago maybe. Back before MJ went defunct.

I sold that CJ and bought another one, but I still have the doors that you looked at for your wife CJ8 project sitting in my shed if you know of anybody that needs any. They are red and in very good condition.

I have no use for them as I don't don't drive this CJ in the winter either.

Now that I have joined the board I will put them in the parts for sale section.

Good to hear from you again. Between you and Denny Mc. I have all the CJ parts anyone could want close by.

Jeff
