Default 48’ Custom Camper/toy hauler for sale - NEW PRICE

updated Fenruary 2014
Guess I'm gonna try to get serious about selling this, new price

48’ Custom Camper/toy hauler for sale
Located in Cloquet, MN
Serious inquiry’s only - $26k with Honda EU3000IS Generator. I will consider partial trades so let me know what you have.

$24.5K without the generator

Just so it's clear, you will not be able to get a loan on the Camper alone to cover this cost, you will need cash or other financing (mortgage equity, unsecured loan, secured loan with your paid off rig/truck, or whatever else you may be able to come up with).

2004 Dutchman Classic 28BH (Bunkhouse) in excellent condition, welded to a 48’ gooseneck frame giving a 16’ flatbed deck with below deck storage, including location for the generator below deck. Electrically controlled front landing gear using 2-speed semi landing gear. Leveling wood rack (storage), stanchions for hammock off the flat bed. 2nd 40 gallon fresh water tank for a total of 80 gallons of fresh water. Six Maxxis trailer tires load range E, roughly 8k miles on them, spare is a brand new Maxxis load range E. Dry weight with the generator is approximately 13,200lbs +/-.

We've been to MANY campgrounds with this rig, most sites have been back in sites and no problem, I don't believe I've been in but 1 pull through site. You just need to plan ahead is all.

Floorplan can be found on page 15 of this link http://dutchmen-rv.com/media/documen...Literature.pdf

Starting this year I'm volunteering at a Ski Resort and want to get a camper setup to handle the winters because we're going to set up at a year round campground (ie can't afford a cabin up north and the camper). Upgrade from this, I have no idea, I've got it dialed in even down to the best mod that I haven't even used yet, mounts for the hammock to hang off the side of the flat bed. In all honesty I hope it doesn't sell before the end of August, we have a lot of camping trips between now and then, but I want it up for sale during prime season.

Interior shots, as I said it is in great condition, only real wear is on the carpet in some areas.

We gutted out the original couch and dinnete becuase the7 sucked ass, I wouldn't even sit on the damn couch it was so uncomfy. Now it has a GOOD jack nife couch (aka futon) that a 6'2' guy can sleep on comfortably and a wooden folding table and 4 folding chairs, 150% better.

Items that I will keep from inside - Flat Screen TV & Fan in kids bunk, sorry they were father's day gifts and I'll be in trouble if I sell them with it.

Kids bunk room has a single bed on top and a double bed on the bottom, as well as a closet/wardrobe area with a place for a TV

welcome to Monday. Going camping in PA in a few weeks if someone out that way wants to see it for more than just tire kicking.

I'd like to see the hammock mounts. Those could be the deciding factor ;)

If only my lot was big enough for that, I could rent out my house and live in that year round. And travel when I wanted.
