You bet. BTW, do you know of the local clubs like Mississippi Valley Jeepers, 4x4 Syndicate, and the Tri-State Stump Jumpers? PM me if you want any info.

Thanks, I will keep up the good work of taking pictures of these guys kicking ass in this 90-100 degree heat. Seriously tho, my hat goes off to this crew - they are here before I arrive at 7am and are still working when I leave at 4 or so.

No problem. I'll just have to sign you up for our ten year unpaid internship and once you complete that we'll see about that sales position

You got it. Yes we are in Iowa, but right on the Mississippi River where Iowa, Wisconsin, and Illinois all meet.

More pics on the way!

siding on the north wall going up

this triangle shaped section of roof will provide cover for smaller deliveries. The large garage door to the left goes into the current building, and in the middle you can see the man-door and the smaller garage door (framed in white) that will go into our new warehousing area

more siding going up on north and east walls, plus cutouts for windows

this will be the two-deep service bay with garage doors at both ends

and to the left of that, here is the second two-deep service bay, but with a garage door only on the front side

and more progress on the overhang for small deliveries

I would be careful about putting pictures of that crew violating OSHA rules on the internets.

Keep the mounds of dirt and call it "the Parking Lot".

Congrats on the growth!

Well those piles of dirt are actually piles of sand...I don't think they would last too long!

And we already have plans for 'offroad vehicle parking' out front

The roof is almost done, so we now have the largest covered sand box in the tri-state area!

after they filled the sandbox, they dug it up in spots to lay plumbing, electrical conduit, and the floor drain for the first shop bay

and spreading it back out

insulation going down

floor drain in the drive through bay, from the back of the shop looking towards the front

and then they laid the tubing for the in-floor heat

and then rebar on top of the tubing
