Default Complete Off Road expansion

OK, so this isn't a rig build thread. But it is a build thread for a building that will be building rigs!

Complete Off Road is finally getting a much needed expansion to the current facility we are in. We share space with Key City Plating here in Dubuque, and its time for us to have our own service bays and showroom (currently we are mainly an online retailer, consisting of a couple of offices and some warehousing space in the plating shop).

Here's how it looked before we started

And here's the artist rendition of the finished product

First thing was the new driveway as our current driveway is kind of in the way of where my office is going

More driveway prep and removal of tree stumps and stuff

and say goodbye to the old parking lot

This guy could handle an excavator pretty well. That was the view from my boss's office window

And a fancy new vinyl sign for the time being

Then they dug out the 'moat' for the footings and started pouring concrete

Meanwhile, out back, the boys tore down some old fencing and managed to get a forklift stuck. I was not involved in this extraction...but I can tell you it took way longer than it should have

And this is what happens when you leave piles of dirt out in front of your off road shop for too long

And the steel started showing up today

and I found this thing sitting where my new office will be. I'm told my office will have slightly less caging
