Talking i hate my neighbors.........

......... so, i'm looking into buying their house, evicting them and having the house demolished. it would be a perfect place to put my pole barn.

i could go on for hours why i hate my neighbors enough after years of bullshit to consider this but i won't.

it's either they move or i do and I've lived here 13 years and don't plan on moving so one way or the other they will...........

here is the listing.

http://www.zillow.com/homedetails/17...24299146_zpid/

them assholes next door are fucking with the wrong hood rat. if i can get a good final number, it's going to happen.

this is a pic of one of the many people that live in that house:

if i can't get a good final number on the purchase and demo i will become that asshole neighbor I've always hated X10 and it may be fun and cost less..... we'll see what happens in the next month or so. I've started making calls so the ball is rollin!

You could always try the route of being a good neighbor and invite them over for kool-aid

lol

If I could, I'd buy my whole block, and turn it into little hills and mud holes. Now there's a happy thought.

that house is so nasty you wouldn't be able to handle staying in it long enough to get a peek. but, if you would like, i could rent you a chair and canopy in our yard.

What constitutes a "good price" on a $9900 house?

I think I may bid on it and give it back to them so they can stay there and be your friends.

I feel your pain. I have a neighbor who I want to disappear. He is in his 70's though so I keep my fingers crossed each time I see him out shoveling snow in the winter or cutting the grass in the 95º heat.

I get my hopes up each year when the summer or winter taxes are due because he is constantly 2 years behind on his property taxes and I dream of the day his property goes on the auction block. Unfortunately, tax foreclosure is a looooooong process and as long as he pays the portion of the taxes that are more than 2 years delinquent, he can avoid foreclosure. Looking at the old records, that seems to be his plan for the past decade or so.

But I've got the paperwork filled out for a demolition permit and lot join and plans drawn up for a pool house and in-ground pool for when that day does arrive.

depends on demo and related cost to get it to an empty lot.
