Default FS/FT 1992 Dodge Stealth RT/TT twin turbo

Kneco Uqdah
Saginaw Township, MI
1992 Dodge Stealth RT/TT (twin turbo all wheel drive/all wheel steering)
$6900 OBO or trade
VIN# JB3XE74C7NY036985

I'm selling/trading my 1992 pearl white Dodge Stealth RT/TT with 135,000 miles. Please feel free to check the car fax report. This is an accident free no damage ever vehicle. The Stealth is of course all wheel drive and has four wheel steering. The stealth is in great condition with no modifications done to the power plant. The only modifications are the fully adjustable coil over suspension, and cross drilled rotors. All maintenance is current and up to date including the very expensive and important 120k maintenance which includes the timing belt and accessories. The 5 speed manual transmission shifts smoothly without any grinds. The engine and turbos are strong and does not leak or smoke. The leather interior is clean and free of rips. The drivers seat shows minimum wear. The braking components are all functioning including ABS. The brake pads have a lot of life left. All windows and wipers function properly. The factory pearl white shows brilliantly with no dents or dings.

The 3000gt vr4 and Dodge Stealth RT/TT share the same drive train all parts are interchangeable.

The Stealth will come with two sets of wheels, the original color matched 17" turbo wheels and 17x10 Cobra R wheels freshly stripped and powder coated gloss black.
I'm selling the Stealth to purchase a tow vehicle so I am open to trades of trucks and larger SUVs, Bronco. Or I may consider a Jeep Wrangler or Cherokee.
Please feel free to call, text or email Nine 8 Nine 482-6147

Twin turbo, all wheel drive and all wheel steering, I'd say heck yeah. The all wheel steering is only activated at high speed to assist in tight cornering. Absolute blast to drive.

Lol I got a ricer that will eat anything you put next to it, including this car. But this car is pretty sweet looking, is it similar to a 3000GT body wise as well?

Given enough money, any car can be fast. But there will always be one that's faster. The 3000gt vr4 and Stealth rt/tt are one and the same. They share the exact same complete drive train. The Stealth was imported for Dodge from Mitshibitshi. They have very similar bodies but they are not completely the same. The interiors are the exactly same however.

I thought so, I haven't seen one in person in a few years, and most deffinently did not know they had all wheel steering.... And spot on with the enough money part lol 50k in motor and trans, turbo and other various drive line components and another 30k in suspension, brakes, tires and rims. All that cash forked over and its still rattle can flat black. But it will do a 1/4 mile in 8.7 spinning drag radials through 5th gear and still gets 30 mpg.

Is the rear steering similar to GMs rear wheel steer they put on the 03 to 06 trucks?

Sounds like you have a really nice car. The all wheel steering is the total opposite of GM which is activated at low speed and counter steers to assist in parking. The aws on the stealth is activated at high speeds and turns in same direction as the front. This allows the car to corner along with the all wheel drive at amazing speeds with complete control. You can hug corners like no other and accelerate out of corners at full throttle with virtually no ass kick out. This is a true sport car that can do decent in the 1/4 mile but would rape most on a road course.

That's pretty Bad ass. Thanks for the quick lesson on that. One last question before I quit blowing your thread up, what extra parts go into the rear steering to make it functional?

I think those cars went high 13's at about 100mph stock. Back in 1994 I lost to one in a drag race from a slow roll. I was riding a high 11 second bike and he had a good 4-5 cars by 120 or so. Not many street cars beat an 11 second bike back then.

Now that I'm not sure. It also have selectable exhaust tone for sporty or touring. The sport is of course more aggressive sounding than the touring. It uses an electric motor hooked to cables that opens and closes baffles in the mufflers. Pretty sweet technology for early 90's.
