Default Flex plate balancing

I'm putting an AW4 behind an AMC 360. I'm in need of a shop somewhere between Flint, Lansing, Metro Detroit and possibly even Jackson that can match balance a 4.0 flex plate to a 360 flex plate.

I've called a few engine shops and was not convinced they could do it after talking to them. So i'd prefer recommendations from some of you folks with first hand experience.

It needs to be balanced, drilling a new set of holes with a drill in my garage is not going to get that done.
