First FSJ Build.

Well I sold the ZJ and always wanted one of these. Picked it up about a week ago and have been working out alot of little bug so I can dd it. What I have done so far, new trans fluid and filter, was leaking really bad. New ujoints on rear drive shaft. Fixed the choke cable, they had it all wound out under the dash and it was binding up really bad, Had too go though some wiring, didnt have any brake lights blinkers, nothing. This week, doing front and rear axles, new fluid, pinion seals, both leak pretty good. Both outer seals on Tcase, and new fluid. New valve cover gaskets. Complete rear brake job. After that still have a ton of stuff to do but the thing is really solid so should be a fun project. Here are some pics, oh yea also threw on some 33s I had lying around from my old chevy. Well have to resize pics, will post later.

Looks nice. What year? It looks familiar, did you buy it off of somebody from here?

1982. I got it from a kid off craigslist down in GR. The only things I have done to it have been mostly mechanical. I did put the rims and tires on. Other than that have been working out all the bugs to make this a reliable DD.
