E250 gear lube

Had to put new axle shaft bearings and seals on this E250, and now ready to put fluid back in. This has a D60 C-clip, with a factory limited slip of some sort.

From what I find, it looks like it takes a synthetic 75-140? It's like $16 a quart!! Is this what I need? Or am I mistaken?
