I might make it out there. I tore the rag joint out on the steering there saturday, so need to fix that first.

It's not a bad idea to have insurance on your rig, but I don't think they require it. You can get an ORV sticker at any WalMart, Meijer, or any other place that sells Hunting/fishing licenses.

A few miles before the mounds on Mt. Morris road there is a party store (I believe left side) that sells ORV stickers. The weather yesterday was rainy on and off so I would guess there is some mud/puddles.

I can't get insurance on my rig because it is not fit for the road, and thanks for the info on the ORV sticker, Im thinking of heading up to the Mounds soon< just went to Bundy Hill last weekend and thats a blast. Is Mounds worth the trip or is bundy better?

Then you might not like the mounds. There is a nice rock course there but prolly not worth the drive from Canada. The rest of the park is usually pretty muddy.

You dont need insurance for the Mounds. If you did I dont think have the stuff that get towed in would be allowed there.
It not to bad of a place to go. There are trails, the new Rock course and trail as well as the Big Damn MUD pits that need to filled in and wiped of the face of the earth.

My biggest issue with the Mounds is the lack of or should I say NO maintenance that is done there. The let guys with 54 + inch tractor tires tear the shit out of the mud pits and for years on end and never do and back fill or fix the whoops near the entrance to slow the people with there quads and dirt bikes down. All it needs is some good Old TLC but it will never happen b/c The county is broke.
