Only Solidworks experience I have is from a couple years in high school. And then another year on my own designing parts for just about anything Lol

Did you post about this a while ago also? Looks like you guys are having as much luck as we are finding qualified people. The talent pool is very thin for how many people are out of work and crying about the economy.

I understand not hiring under qualified people but when they want a engineering degree for a janitor cause they will cleaning up a shop its hard to get people to qualify....not saying either of you are doing that. I have looked at tons of job postings, I can do the same job but not get interviewed because I dont have the right degree or not enough years of experience to get there entry level position and pay.
