Default Need help: (video) is my lock right too sloppy?

Ok so, I just put my locker in, Toyota v6 diff, went by the books on this, back lash was right on, left the thrush washers in like Richmond said to do, but when its not in gear it seems loose, (first video)

It seems less sloppy when Its locked and in gear. And ratchets like its supposed to. Just need a second an third opinion. Any help is appreciated.

Found part of the problem, the brakes aren't bolted up against the hub (rims are wrong bore and don't sit on the drum)...that made it much less noisey, and was much more tight.
