Default want to build a yj

After I sell my bronco I'm looking to build a yj or cj I want to swap in half or 3/4 ton axles and do a soa I only want to run 35-38s my questons are what will I have to do to the transfer case with the added height (never built a jeep) also I was looking into the advanced adapters for a 350 swap and I was curious if anyone else has done that on this site keep in mind I will probly won't ever do any rocks with it

No rocks and 35's = use an exploder rear axle and stock d30 front axle on a yj.....

T-case = do an sye to it.

Biggest thing is learning what you need to do for a soa lift.

Lots of people use AA to put sbc's in. There are tons of options..... spend more time reading..

The dana 30 will hold up to 35s

If you leave it open and have a conservative right foot you should be fine. I wheeled for a year with 37's on my open Dana 30 with no problems. Now that I have 60's I am not as easy with the gas.

I run 36's on my tj on the stock dana 30 with it locked and still no issues. And i dont do much for rocks but im not easy on it.
