constant supervision on T.I.P.?

I just got my motorcycle temporary permit and it says that I have to have a person over 18 with an endorsement be in constant visual supervision of me. It doesn't say they have to be on a bike though. Was just wondering, because I have to pick my bike up next week, and my dad has an endorsement, but I wanna be the first one to ride my new bike. Anyone know about this? Thanks

you can ride with someone who has the endorsement, you cannot have that person follow you in a car...secondly how old are you? and what kind of bike? how long have you been riding? have you done any street riding?

26, harley sportster 883. No street riding experience. Was just wondering. Its not that big of a deal, just didn't wanna have the first ride be someone other than me lol. Looks like ill have to ask a friend to come with who has an endorsement or have the padre ride it on its forst time out.
