I'll be out there tonight around 3:45 or so, depending on if the 66 will make it from Milford to there...

I'm in for this weekend.

I'd do it tonight.....but no time when you are a single dad.....I can't wait for my wife to get back in town LOL.

Also, after next week I would be up for any 4PM Wednesday rides.

It was awesome condition last night - sorry for the late response. We're going this weekend - but taking the dogs and probably only riding the North loop.

I'm thinking of getting a Strava account for Nellie and throwing it in her backpack.

Rode tonight, scooter you beat me, by 3 minutes or so. My front brake is dragging, need to check that out. Rode The west, tech, and lake all twice, and the north once, was a nice night to get out and ride.

Agreed trail is nice shape. Rode the west, tech, lake and north once, then stopped by Cyclefit for a new seat and some help with my setup.

Lots of trees across the trail from the storms Monday hit my lid on one of them.

Thanks, I was hoping for a better time on the west/tech/lake, I rode it in 35 last saturday morning after doing a leg workout at home friday night and just went out to put some blood into my legs, and then rode it in 35 last night when I was fresh and ready to try and put a good time down...wtf over?

Either way, doing ti a second time and then adding the north loop was nice, I don't usually get that many miles in at a time, and I think thats part of why my cardio never really is all that good.

It's funny how that works, isn't it? One year, I spent two weeks out west for work and rode every day, usually above 7000'. I get back in Michigan in time to race Ore to Shore and figured I'd be set. Nothing went right, had a horrible ride and placing.

Shit happens. So, next time I hit that loop fast, I'll probably be slower than my first time out this year. Talk about cardio - my lungs were the only thing fighting to keep up - my muscles never got sore or felt abused the next day, or today.

Guess I gotta focus on the motor.

I was breathing pretty hard, but my quads were burning pretty good, I have to wonder how much of my front brake dragging was hurting me?

Riding a silver Diamonback 29er and driving a black Avalanche. I didn't get started til after 5:00 and was gone before 6:00.

It's been a long time since I rode but I'm amazed how much of the trails I remembered.

I think I may have seen you. I started at 5.

I was in a black/yellow helmet, green shorts. Passed a guy in a white shirt on a 29'er by the bench and again on the lake loop. Another group of two or three let me by near the beginning of the west loop. I was with a girl on a bright orange specialized, and one of my buddies on silver hardtail.
