Default 97' TJ Wrangler DD. Mostly Pavement Pounder

Quick introduction. I've been turning to this forum for information for about a year now and I started actually posting recently. I got this jeep for my 16th birthday. When I got it, it was all stock and had a mismatched top. Boy was it ugly. Its the 2.5L This is the only picture I have of it.

The first thing I did was paint that ugly top. I also used plasti-dip to paint the rims black.

It stayed like this for a few months until A friend of mine invited me to go to silver lake with his family. My dad told me he would pay half for a new set of tires. I picked out 33in Duratracs, and yes, I ran 33's with no lift at the sand dunes

Then a 2" Budget boost was put on.

I don't have individual steps of these pictures, But since then I've got a hardtop, new rims, a front bumper, and Rough Country's 4" lift.

That's how it sits currently. My upgrades happen pretty slowly because I'm still a senior in high school and don't make much money.

To-do:
Lightbar
d44
Rhinoline Tub
35's
Full Doors
Full Size Spare
Swing away rear bumper
New Hood (it's dented)
H4 Headlights

You need a SBC in place of that 4banger. Project SBC is in full effect for my Jeep. Might put it in over winter. Just need to figure out what I want Lol

I don't know. Depends on if I want to do everything else first, then the engine, or the engine first then everything else. Might run me 4$k for the engine. Or just find one that needs to be rebuilt and rebuild it. Give me something to do this winter.
