5 ton rock wells
I have a set of 5 ton rock wells one front and two rears for sale. MODEL # fm240 hx17 RAITO 6.44 SERIAL # 0016202. Thanks for looking just pm me and I will message back as soon as I can I don't have time to keep looking for this page. Or txt. 248 212 3805 thanks nick

I thought the double reduction high pinion Rockwells were 6.72 ratio. Are these axles low pinion? If they are low pinion, are you sure they are not GMC axles? The GMC axles were uses on the older dueces. If they are GMC axles, the front unit is reverse rotation. You either have to use the original transfer case or flip the third member to get it to go in the proper direction.

Simple id for five or 2.5 how many lug nuts? Six is a deuce and I believe five tons are ten

good price on these guys, i had a 5ton rear for $500, 6.72 gears. There were 2 gearsets depending on the years. The front axle goes for $1200 so he's essentially giving you an extra rear....bump
