It was an epic struggle between fart and shard, and I pushed a little too hard.

My condolences. Always bad when you have to ruin a good pair of britches to clean up. Even worse when it's the holy pair of britches and you ruin your best jeans

It's got the Holley stumble and the oil press gauge works along with zero exhaust. It has the makings of a BDMT. What are the plans?

the fact you use the word "britches" speaks volumes about your socioeconomic status…I’m also going out on a limb here by saying you fit right into the demographic that would appreciate this piece of shit

it took me 2 years to save up the money to build the motor, and trans, only getting paid minimum wage, paying of student loans, and paying for a daily driver, going to replace the rocker panels and cab corners, then do body work and paint it, new headers and flowmasters,

Man, fck these asshats. Nice job. They'll only think you're cool if you max out your credit cards and push aside yours priorities to make it shiny. If I had a nickel for every person that looked at my jeep like it's a POS compared to theirs. Enjoy it. I hope to one day have the skills to build a motor, I haven't cracked that block yet (no pun intended). I personally pay WAY more attention to the mechanics than the external bs.

get a fan shroud and pipe the exhaust away from your ears.
that is what that product said it was for, I'm not sure what the problem is...other than it didn't do what it said what it would do

I think your'd just retarted....

You need to remember most of the guys on here are jeep people, they're special

but seriously, most people here only really appreciate a good build if a lot of time, and effort is put into the details, and the little things like making it look somewhat decent. You can't just throw a big set of tires and a motor in a rusty POS and expect gl4x4 to be like "Dang there man, you gots a helluva sweet truck, wish my sister would let me take our kids out in it"

I like older trucks. Getting it running is the first step, keep plugging away at it.

thanks, i think it dont looks to bad pretty much rust free, and seeing as it looked like this 2 years ago and was rebuilt a little at a time when i could afford to. says alot, ive seen newer trucks with more rust. i put another 73 cab on it that i found. new front fender, straight hood, and have rebuilt the axles, all new bearings 4:10 gears.
.60 over 350 with flat top pistons. ,517 lift int ,507 ext cam, 64cc edelbrock alumium heads, new valves, guides, seals double springs, been milled, rotating assembly was balenced as well. 3500 stall, trans has new hd steels and clutches.

If I was making minimum wage for two years straight, I think building a lodge podge redneck wagon would be pretty low on the list.
