Default 86 Bronco for parts/whole

The truck is located in Northwest Indiana. 25 miles from the Michigan border on the border of Illinois.

86 Bronco with 5.0 fuel injected and auto trans. Trans was rebuilt 3 years ago and drove it for 1 year. Been sitting in my garage since. Motor knocks but had knocked since I got it. Leaks oil bad. Has a new tailgate with all the internals and it all works. Starts right up but needs a battery. I have a battery that I stick in there to move the truck around but thats stays with me. The truck runs and drives great. I put my 33X12.5 cooper tires on it from my old Jeep (15X10 rims). I drove it the entire year I had it plated and absolutely loved the truck. But I hate the DMV and don't like to deal with them so it's been sitting in my garage since then.

Now heres the kicker- no title. If you want the title I can get it but I would prefer not to go through the hassle of obtaining it. I bought the vehicle from a mechanic that I used to work with. I knew the customer that owned this and told him 10 years ago that I wanted to buy it when he was ready to sell. Anyway- I got the title and sent it into the DMV and recieved my registration and what not and was driving it. A month later the DMV sends me a letter stating that I have to prove that the person that signed off on the title was actually owner of the estate from which the truck came from. So now the state of Indiana has my title in limbo until I can provide them with the information that they want. Heres the problem- about 5 years ago the original owner moved to somewhere in Ohio or Pennsylvania as the steel mill he was working with laid him off. I have no idea where he went but if I absolutely HAD to I could track him down and get the proof. I just don't want to mess with it. I need to get the truck out of my garage so I can move around again.

I paid 1000.00 to get the trans rebuilt alone. All I want is 300.00 OBO - you come pick it up. If you want the title I'll sell for 1000.00. Either way I want to get rid of it. I have the papers from the state of Indiana and the registration from when I first did it and your welcome to have those.

Actually I am going to be getting rid of all my CJ parts as that project has gone out the window with the 97 TJ I have now.
