I totally agree. I used to work for On demand Dumpster, which may have been one of the people you were talking about? I know my boss was always fighting with DOT Stuff. Part of it was the stupidity of the law, some of it was the education of my boss in that area. Worked there all last summer.

I do think I remember seeing some very interesting things when I was dumping things there.
