Default My new XJ!

Picked up a Jeep a few weeks ago, haven't had one in a couple years and I finally got bored of my Grand Marquis and moved on to a rough riding, low MPG, terrible DD, but extremely fun Jeep

It's definitely no luxury car, but it's very fun to drive and I've been enjoying it so far. It's my DD of ~50 miles a day.

It's a '98 Cherokee Classic, 3.5" lift, ZJ steering with tie rod flip, JCR front bumper, ironman SYE, aussie locker up front, skids, trans cools, brown dog MM, the list goes on. Someone put a pretty good amount of money into this Jeep, I definitely couldn't have bought a clean XJ and built one for how much I bought this.

Here's some photos with my new 31" BFG A/T I just put on:

BTW, the guy I bought it from was not the person who built the Jeep up, but said the previous owner wheeled it and was in a club in michigan. Anyone know who built this Jeep up? Just curious lol.

Nice jeep! Very clean, that's the shade white I want to paint mine this summer. If you don't mind checking what does the paint code say inside your driver door? Thanks

Thanks fellas! It is very clean underneath as well, that was my main attraction to it. Cherokee seem to be getting more and more expensive and I couldn't find a Wrangler that wasn't rusty with a 4 cylinder.

Sure! I'll check that when I leave today and let ya know later.

I paid $4400. Two years ago I would have said no way to this price, but cherokees have gotten more expensive, especially clean built ones, and this one seems to be built well and not rusty.
